Trinity's custom canvas art & murals

About Me: My name is Trinity Ellis and I am a local artist in the Navarre, FL area.  As you can see from the pictures in the gallery link, I have a wide variety of subject matter used in my creative process. I started like most artists, painting what I found pleasing, and then moved into other realms to create art for others. With the encouragement of my husband, I have also branched into gun enthusiast paintings, to compliment his hobbies. I've also recently started painting wall murals and found them to be challenging and very rewarding.

 

My Process: Let me explain the way I work.  Once you have an idea of what you would like painted, I will draw up a design for you. You can make up to two revisions for no additional cost.  If you do not want or need me to draw out the design first, then there is no charge for preliminary work.  Another option would be for you to bring a specific picture you want me to replicate for no cost.  I can change color, scale, or specific elements to achieve your desired outcome.  For wall murals, I will get your ideas and then check the room for specific measurements to draw out a design to fit the space.  Once the design is complete, and upon your approval, I will begin the canvas painting or wall mural.  

 

Pricing: Prices will vary by design and type. For both canvas art and wall murals, I will price it by the approximate time it will take me to complete the painting, plus supplies.  Something to think about:  if you asked for a mural of a dinosaur; it would take me a lot less time to paint Barney versus Jurassic Park.  The initial design drawing will cost $40.  I will then charge $15 per hour.  To give to a better idea of what to expect; if you look in the gallery link at the painting called "In the Distance," it took me about 9 hours to complete, plus approximately $40 in supplies.  The painting called "Spartan Helmet" took me about 10 hours because of the extra detailing, plus $25 in supplies.  The wall mural took me about 40 hours to complete four walls, plus $120 in supplies.  Once price has been set it cannot be changed, even if I underestimated the time or supplies needed to complete your project.  Half of the cost will be due before I begin the design and the other half due upon completion. I will supply all materials.
